A fine and light wine with a sweet, but fresh taste, and sweet and floral aroma that exhibits notes of rose, linden, lychee, quince, balanced by green notes of blackcurrant buds.

The fine floral aroma is reminiscent of June evenings, and the bottle – of the traditional Moldovan carafe.

P.S. Viorica is a technical variety obtained in the Republic of Moldova through the crossing of Aleatico and the hybrid Zeibeli 13-666. It is a frost-resistant variety used mainly in the production of  sparkling wines and qualitywhite wines. It has a floral aroma with typical notes of thyme and moscato.
